We aim to dispatch all products in within 3-5 working days of your order date. You will be notified by email when your order has been processed.
We ship worldwide but please be mindful that international orders may incur additional customs taxes and these are the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not happy with your pruchase, please email flora@thedrumseaweed.co.uk explaining the issue before returning your item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains your responsibility until it is safely returned.

Should there be any damage caused by shipping please notify us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
